OS名:Windows98 パソコン名:? ソフト名:? 初心者なので、わからないことだらけで・・。PCは知り合いの方にお願いした 自作PCです。インターネットもはじめて1ヶ月くらいです。 サインオフの状態でメール作成していると、時々画面がカラーのバーコードの様な 模様が出て来たり、文字が黒い四角で虫食いのように所々1文字ずつ塗りつぶされて しまうのです。タスクバーや最初のデスクトップ画面も同様です。 再起動すれば大丈夫ですがそのメールはもちろん消えてしまいます。 これはどういう現象でしょう。また、その解決方法を教えてください!m(__)m また、メール意外でもしばらく待機状態にしていると画面が巨大化している事も。

OS名:Windows98 パソコン名:Dell Inspilon 3200 ソフト名: マイクロソフトoffice98からoffice2000へのバージョンアップをしていたんです が、インストールの途中でハングアップしてしまい再起動してみたところ、win98が 起動しなくなってしまいました。 スイッチを入れると画面にはメモリチェック等のメッセージが表示され、続いて 「Windows98」という青い画面に切り替わり、そのあと画面が真っ黒になりエラー による強制終了のメッセージが出て、そこから先には進まなくなってしまいまし た。エラーの詳細を確認したところ「explorer.exe」にエラーが発生しているらし いのですが、対処の方法が分かりません。どなたかアドバイスよろしくお願いしま す。 なお、safeモードでも、起動の直前で同様のエラーが出て止まってしまいます が、prompt only ではちゃんと起動できました。

OS名:Windows95 パソコン名:Flora ソフト名:プログラム マネージャー? スタートがあるバーって、タクスバーって言うんですよね。 それが表示されなくなっちゃったんです。 その代わりかどうか分からないけど、「プログラムマネージャー」というソフトが表 示されています。 それと、デスクトップに何も表示されなくなっちゃったんです。 多分、これだけじゃ分からないと思うから、キャプチャーで画像を取りました。 デスクトップ50%: こんな感じで、タクストレイも無いので、スタートアップも効果が無いです。 普通にパソコンを終了して、普通に起動しただけなので、原因は全く分からないで す。 一体どうしてこんな風になっちゃったんでしょうか? 教えて下さい。m(_ _)m
