OS名:WindowsNT パソコン名: ソフト名: 今会社でWIN(NT)でインターネット接続をZAQでモデムを介して 行っているのですが、3日前に繋がらなくなり、 DHCPの有効期限が切れましたと言うメッセージがでました。そこで、ザックに問い合わせましたけど、専門の方が いてないので、そういうエラーは聞いたことがないといわれました。とりあえずモデムの電源を切って入れてと言われ、その後自分なりに、ネットワークアダプターのドライバー ならびにTCPIPを削除して再起動しそれらを入れなおして、 ZAQのCDからIE5.5を入れなおしたら、動いたのですが、 今日また繋がらなくなり、同じようにしたら動きました。 気になるのはDHCPの有効期限と言う言葉です。 何が原因でそうなるのでしょうか。

OS名:WindowsNT パソコン名:CONPAQ Desk pro EN ソフト名:IE5 会社で数台pcがあって、その内の1台が まだインターネット接続されてなかったので 設定しようとしたのですがうまくいきません。 内容は下記のとおりです。 最初の画面がインターネット接続ウィザードで一番上の ラジオボタンの「新しいインターネットアカウントにサインアップします・・・」を選び、 次にステップ1:インターネットサービスプロバイダの選択・・・ となり、ダイヤル中となります。しばらくして 「接続できません」モデムを検出できませんでした。・・・・ となってしまい、 [次へ]を押すと同じ繰り返しになってしまいます。 どうすれば接続(インターネット)できるようになるでしょうか、 教えてください。 他にも必要な情報が有るでしょうが解らない事を 言ってもらえば追って返信します。
