OS名:Windows98 パソコン名:FMV DESKPOWER ソフト名:? 色々とファイルなどを駆除いていたら間違って必要なファイルも駆除してしまった らしく、パソコン起動時に McAfee VShieldエラー ウイルスデータファイルが見つかりません ダウンロードファイルのスキャンができません と言うメッセージがでます。それと XG works V4.0と言うソフトのアップグレード版をダウンロードしてそのファイル を、開こうとすると ユーザー補助の設定ウィザード ユーザー補助の設定ウィザード実行中指定されたファイルの読み込みで問題が発生 しました と言うメッセージがでてそのファイルが開けません教えてください。

OS名:Windows98 パソコン名: ソフト名: 頭はパニックです、、、 ウィルススキャンを最新の物をダウンロードしたところ、 再起動をOKにしたら、 起動した後、アイコンなどが出ようとしては、エクスプローラが エラーです、といったようなメッセージが出て、 終了してもしても、ループのように、エラーメッセージが出ます。 無視して、IEを立ち上げると開かなくて、これも、 何度も何度も立ち上げると、急に次々開いていきます。 が、インターネットエクスプローラのページ違反です、と出てきます。 一つ一つのインターネット画面へ行くのにも、F5を3回おさないと 完全に開きません。 ユードラは全く立ち上がりません(プログラムエラー、強制終了) これもすべてがウィルススキャンをダウンロードしてしまったためです。 私のは99年盤なので、ダットとwindowsの相性が悪いのでしょうが、 始終来るメール確認が出来ず、途方に暮れています。 どうか、皆様お助け下さい!!
