4. 画面のプロパティで色、領域変更が出来ない (スコア: 713)

OS名:Windows98 パソコン名:富士通FMVM4/707 ソフト名:IE ネットサーフィン中にフリーズして、再起動後safe modeで立ち上がった。 その後再起動したが、それから画面が16色、640×480の設定表示から変更 出来なくなってしまった。もし変更すると再起動が要求されるが、パソコンが 普通に立ち上がらない。再度立ち上げるには、一度safe modeで立ち上げてから 再起動すれば元の16色、640×480の領域で起動する。この画面設定で動くソフトは 問題なくて、wordやexcelなども使える。インターネットやメールも、画面の大きさと色を気にしなければ、従来通り使用できる。 メーカーサポートで、ディスプレイのドライバを入れ直したがそれでも駄目で、 仕方なしにリカバリーCDを用いて、パソコンを振り出しに戻す作業をしたが、 それでも画面のプロパティの設定変更だけは出来なくて、不自由な使い方を強いられている。ちなみにメーカーサポートでは、ソフトではなくてハードの問題では ないかとの意見であったが、正常動作をしているパソコンのディスプレイに接続 しても同じ症状を再現した為、ディスプレイ自体に問題があるとは思えない。

5. safeモードでデフラグできない (スコア: 700)
