いつもお世話になります。 InternetExplorer5.0でいろんな新聞の記事を探していると 言語によって文字化けするため「エンコード」を設定しなおすのですが 次のページに移る時にも文字化けが起こります。そのたびにエンコードの 設定をしなおすのが邪魔くさいのですが、なにか文字化けが起こらない ように設定を決めておくような方法はないでしょうか? よろしくお願いします。

OS名:Windows98 パソコン名:VALUESTAR C 733J/3 ソフト名: NECのバリュースター、VC733J/3を使っています。OSはプレインストールの Windows98です。 ■まず、10回に1度は、必ず起こる症状なんですが。 電源を入れると画面上端に1行文字化けのような文字列が表示される。 その直後、画面が真っ黒になり、「コンピュータの電源を切る準備ができました」 という、一昔前の終了画面になる。電源スイッチを押さないと、電源は切れない。 (ちなみに正常時の終了は、自動電源OFF) スイッチを切った後再起動させると、必ずsafeモードで立ち上がる。 ■上とはまた別に、普通にソフトを使用しているとき、または食事中など、 しばらくパソコンをスクリーンセーバーモードで待機させているときに、 突然、Shiftキーが押しっぱなしの状態(実際にキーを押してはいないのに、 クリックやキー操作がすべてShift+〜の動作をする)になる。 こちらは結構頻繁に起こり、主に、InternetExplorer、Photoshopなど 複数のソフトを起動させた場合頻発する。 また、この症状の後再起動させた場合、上記の起動時のトラブルに繋がることが 多い。 以上です。 マシン自体に問題があるのか、それとも何か設定がい
