OS名:WindowsMe パソコン名:so-tec ソフト名:outlookexpress 初めまして。。パソコンについてほとんど知らない私なので緊急事態にこちらなら 助けて貰えるのではないかと思ってきました。 私はウインドウズMeでアウトルックエキスプレスを使っているのですが突然とし てメールの送受信が出来なくなってしまいました。 IEはちゃんと接続できて見ることが出来るのですがOEの方は「・・・の新着メ ールをチェックしています。」という説明がでたまま待てど暮らせど実行から終了 になりません。 送信バイト受信バイトもほとんど動きません。 使用する前にnorton antivirusでスキャンしたことが影響してるのでしょうか? 一応、OEのオプション→接続タブ→インターネット接続の変更では通常のダイア ルで接続するになっていることは確認しました。 どうかどなたかアドバイスをよろしくお願いします。

OS名:Windows2000 パソコン名:ウインドウズ ソフト名:ポストペット2001 急に昨日までつかえていたのにメールの受信が不可になったんです。送信は出来ま す。 パスワードとユーザー名が違いますってでて・・・ それはPostPetだったんですけど、PostPet自体がおかしいのかと思って Outlookexpressで、同じアカウントで設定してみたんですけど、やはり同じように なります。 そのメールアドレスはホームページを作る時もらったものでそこのアカウントは2 つ持っています。 もう一つは無事に送受信できます。 ためしに無事なほうのアカウントで設定したらちゃんと受信できるのでメーラーの 故障ではないと思うんです。 設定はあっています。どうか、お助けください
