OS名:Windows98 パソコン名:自作 ソフト名: よろしくお願いいたします。 使用環境は、WIN98 SE、MS-OFFICE2000、RealOne Player、WindowsMediaPlayer(Ver7.1)、ウイルスバスター2003です。 WINDOWSと、MS-OFFICE2000のヘルプが、今まで正常に表示されていたのが、リンクして飛ぶところの文字がなくなって、白いカラのくぼんだ四角形に変わってしまいました。カーソルをもっていっても、なんの変化も見られません。 直前のPC操作としては、RealOne Playerをインストールした、WindowsMediaPlayerのバージョンアップをした、ウイルスバスター2003のアップデートをした、の3つしか思い出せません(これも確信あるとは言いきれないのですが)。 説明不足かもしれませんが、元の正常な表示に戻すにはどうしたらよいのでしょうか。どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。
