9. 知らないフォルダが作成されてます。 (スコア: 694)
OS名:WindowsXp パソコン名:prius ソフト名: 突然、ローカルディスクの中に「3f598eeeabcd8cdbced66eb6e47bfbc9」というフォルダが作成されてました。 このフォルダの中には \sp1\spmsg.dll,spuninst.exe \sp1\update\eula.txt,spcustom.dll,update.exe \sp2\spmsg.dll,spuninst.exe \sp2\update\eula.txt,spcustom.dll,update.exe 以上のフォルダ&ファイルがありました。 exeファイルにはWindows Service Pack Setupと書かれています。 試しにダブルクリックしてみると、エラーでインストール、アンインストールとも出来ません。 txtファイルには「追加使用許諾契約書」と書いてあり長い文章が書いてあるんですが、何かのアップデーター用みたいです。 ですが、何かをDLした記憶が無く、何なのかとても不思議です。 フォルダ名もなんか不気味な気がして・・・ 分かる方おられますでしょうか?

13. パソコンのUpdate最中に、パソコンが再起動を繰り返しはじめた(ずっとそのまま) (スコア: 615)
WindowsXPのノートパソコンです。 普段はネットにつないでないのですが、アップデートしようとネットにつなぎ、 スタートからWindows Updateを出して開始しました。 途中で、正常にDLできませんでしたという表示がされ、 再起動を自分で繰り返し始めました。 その後、ずっと再起動を繰り返すばかりです。 電源ボタンで強制終了し、再度電源を入れると 「Windowsが正しく開始されませんでした。最新のハードウェア又はソフトウェアの更新が原因の可能性があります。」 と表示され、その下にいくつかの選択肢があったので、 ●セーフモード ●前回正常起動時の構成(正しく動作した最新の設定)にもどす ●Windowsを通常起動する を試してみました。しかし、再起動を繰り返すばかりです。 付属のマニュアルを読むと 再起動を繰り返す場合は、リカバリせよとなってます。 仕事の大事なファイルが入っているので、できることならリカバリしない方法を取りたいのです。 よろしくお願いします。 また、これは最近のウィルスに感染した可能性もあるのでしょうか?

OS名:WindowsMe パソコン名:FUJITSU CE7/85L ソフト名:OS WINDOWS UPDATE(IE6SP1、セキュリティのアップデートがほとんどでした。あとDirectX9が1つ。全部で9つ)をしたところ再起動後、「設定ファイルを更新中。数分間お待ちください」と表示されたまま止まってしまい、起動できなくなりました。 Windows Meは復元のためのファイルがあって、そこの容量がいっぱいになると、アップデートのデータが収まらずにエラーが起きる事を前に教えてもらいました。前にエラーが起きたときは DOSで c:>ren c:\windows\wininit.ini wininit.old で解決できましたが、今回はうまくいきません。 SAFEモードでも起動せず。 「(Windows9x/Me でエクスプローラ以外のシェルを使うには) 起動ディスクで起動します。 次のコマンドを実行します。 A:\>C:\Windows\Command\edit C:\Windows\System.ini (C:\Windows に Windows がセットアップされていると仮定しています。) [boot] セクションの shell=Explorer.exe と書かれた行を、 shell=Progman.exe に書き換えます。 」 この方法も試しましたが、プログラムマネージャは起動できませんでした。 だれかいい方法しりま�

MSBLASTはWinMeには関係は無いですが、OSそのもののアップグレードをしておいた 方が良いか、しなくても良いかご意見をいただきたいと思っています。 ただ、インターネット接続環境は内臓モデムのダイヤルアップ接続なのです。 他の環境で常時接続でインターネットにつなぐことができますので、場合によっては WinMeのアップデートプログラムをCDかに焼いてインストールすることが可能です。 今回のFMVノートにはLAN端子がありません。
