新しいプリンター(USB接続)を購入したんですが、今使っているパソコンにつない でみると、ドライバは正常にインストールされるんですが、パソコンがプリンター を認識してくれません。 プリンターは、Canonのmultipass B-20というもので、ステータスモニタというソ フトでパソコンとプリンターの通信状況が確認できます。 Canonのサポートセンターに問い合わせてみたところ、原因が全く不明とのことで、 とりあえず他のパソコンでは正常に作動するかどうか確認してくれ、もし正常に動 いたのなら、Sonyの方に尋ねて下さい、とのことでした。 で、HitachiのPriusを使って確認してみたところ、しっかりと動作をしています。 つまり、Sonyが原因みたいなんですが、Sonyに問い合わせてみたところ、USB自体 のエラーは無い(外付けFDD等はちゃんと作動するため)ので、Sonyのほうも、 Canonのほうを問い合わせてくれ、と擦り付け?みたいな状況に陥っています。 要約すると、 1、Canonのプリンターがvaioでは動かないが、Priusでは正常に作動するので、壊 れていることはない。 2、vaioのUSBは正常に作動している。 Canonのプリンターはvaioで使うことを念頭に買ったので、困っています。

OS名:WindowsMe パソコン名:HITACHI Prius ソフト名:Adaptec DirectCD、MATSHITA UJDA310(デバイス) こんばんは、あらげと申します。 宜しくお願い致します。 以前まではAdaptec DirectCDを使って CDを聞いたりCDRに書き込んだりできていました。 しかし、今日買ってきたCDをPCに保存しようと入れたところ いつもは自動的にウィンドウが開くのですが 今日は反応がありません。 それで確認してみると デバイス:アンロック MATSHITA UJDA310 メディアの状態 デバイスの準備ができていません と表示されます。 マイコンピュータの CD-ROM(D:) でも確認しましたがCDが入っているのが 分からない状態のようです。 CDが入っていないと言う表示になっています。 他のCD-Rで試しても同じなので このCDに問題はないと思います。 対処法を宜しくお願いいたします。

OS名:WindowsXp パソコン名:prius ソフト名: 突然、ローカルディスクの中に「3f598eeeabcd8cdbced66eb6e47bfbc9」というフォルダが作成されてました。 このフォルダの中には \sp1\spmsg.dll,spuninst.exe \sp1\update\eula.txt,spcustom.dll,update.exe \sp2\spmsg.dll,spuninst.exe \sp2\update\eula.txt,spcustom.dll,update.exe 以上のフォルダ&ファイルがありました。 exeファイルにはWindows Service Pack Setupと書かれています。 試しにダブルクリックしてみると、エラーでインストール、アンインストールとも出来ません。 txtファイルには「追加使用許諾契約書」と書いてあり長い文章が書いてあるんですが、何かのアップデーター用みたいです。 ですが、何かをDLした記憶が無く、何なのかとても不思議です。 フォルダ名もなんか不気味な気がして・・・ 分かる方おられますでしょうか?
