OS名:WindowsNT パソコン名: ソフト名: こんにちは。 会社でNTワークステーション(SP5)を使っています。 ウイルス対策のこともあり、IE5.0のSP2を当てようとしたところ、 「コンポーネントのインストールは失敗しました。Internet Explorereの[ツー ル]メニューの[Windows Update]をクリックして、一覧表示されるコンポーネント をインストールしてください。」という表示が出てインストールできません。その 後、Windows Updateのページを開こうとすると、真っ白なページが表示されてしま います。どのようにすればアップデートできるのでしょうか。同様の経験をされた 方、ご存知の方、教えてください。(T_T)
