吹奏楽専門サイトWorld Windband Web というサイトがあるのですが、XPからVISTAのパソコンに買い換えたところ、そのサイトの楽曲のダウンロード購入が出来なくなってしまいました、その他の機能、試聴などには全く問題はありません、ログインもできます、購入を選んだときに、画面が1分ほどフリーズします、すぐに復旧はしますが・・・、なぜ購入できないのか、どなたかご教授をお願いします。

諸事情でPCをリカバリーしようと思ったのですが、リカバリーのDVDを入れてもリカバリーできないで(DVDを読み込んではいるようだが起動しない)WindowsXPが立ち上がってしまいます。 普通に起動した状態でCDやDVDを入れると反応するんですが、リカバリーのDVDだけは起動しないようです。 そこでDVDに問題があるのかと思い新しくリカバリーDVDの作成をしようしたんですがドライブ文字の割り当てができていませんとエラーが出てしまい
