OS名:Windows98 パソコン名:わかりません ソフト名: 最近パソコンをできるようにしたのですが、パソコン使用中に電話を使うと聞こえないくらい電話に雑音がはいります! 普段使っている電話は1階の部屋にあり、パソコンは2階にあるので・・・パソコンのある2階の部屋に電話のジャックをつけてもらいました!(外から来てる電話の線を一度2階にある部屋にひっぱり、それを1階の電話にひっぱると言う作業をしてもらいました) OCNを使用しているので連絡したところ・・・パソコンにつないであるスプリッターに3つの差込口があり電話のジャックとスップリッター、モデムとスップリター、それと電話とスプリッターをつなぐはずが・・・今の状態だと2階に電話が無いので電話とスップリターがつないでない状態だから雑音がはいるのでは・・・といわれました! 1階の電話にも分配器を設置すれば解決するかも知れないといわれました! 本当にこれで解決するのでしょうか?原因としてほかはどんなことが考えられますか?教えてください!お願いします!
