OS名:Windows98 パソコン名:IBM Aptiva 46J ソフト名: 昨日パソコンを起動させてみると、デスクトップがいつもと違っていました。 背景がいつもは青い背景なんですが、昨日から左上に「デスクトップ」という文字と一緒に水色の模様のついた白い背景に変わっていました。 起動の途中(完全に起動が完了するまで)はいつも通りの背景と壁紙で、なんの問題もないのですが、起動が完了すると、上に書いたような状態になります。 (アイコンやスタートボタン等はいつも通り表示されています。) 気にはなったものの一度試しにワードのアイコンをクリックしてみました。 すると、いつも通りちゃんと開いてくれて、ワードができる状態でした。 それで、安心して「×」ボタンをクリックし、ワードを閉じようとしたのですが、 きちんと閉じてくれず、フリーズしたような状態で止まってしまいました。 (ワードの画面の一部が固まったままとまり、画面から全て消え去ってくれないのです) でも、マウスやキーボードは反応してくれ、スタートボタンから再起動、終了を行う事ができましたので、フリーズとは少し違うのかもしれません。 仕方なく再起動してもう一度直ったかどうか確かめる為次は

OS名:Windows98 パソコン名:Gteway ソフト名:OS自体 お世話になります。先日友人のパソコンの調子がおかしいとの事で 調査をしました。すると、なぜか再起動時に外字エディタが起動されます。 確認をすると、 ・スタートアップにはショートカットはない ・システム設定ユーティリティーの欄にもない 通常、OS起動時に外字エディタが起動するはずはない状態なのです。 考えられることとして ・ショートカットの名前が変更されている。 友達が行った事として ・Cドライブが一杯になったのでアプリを削除をしまくった。 推測として ・アプリの削除によりスタートアップに登録されていた ショートカットがなんらかの原因で外字エディタのショート カットになった?? 自分で考えていてちょっとパニックになります。 どうか同じ状態になった方対処方法をご存知の方ご教授願います。

OS名:WindowsXp パソコン名:vaio ソフト名:??? ふつう、パソコンが動かなくなったとき、Ctrl+Alt+Deleteで強制終了して再起動できますよね。 うちのパソコンはそれができないんです。 動かなくなったらなにを押しても応答がなくって、コンセントを抜くしかないんです。 そうやって無理矢理電源を切った場合、次にパソコンを起動したとき「Windowsが正しく終了されませんでした」っていうメッセージが表示されるはずなのに、それも出ないんです。 そしてまたふつうに操作できるようになるんですが、どうしてでしょう。 ネットしてるときに突然よく動かなくなって、コンセント抜くしかなくて、大変面倒です。 どうして再起動できないのか、どうすればいいのか、教えてください。 まだ買って1年たってないし、大して使ってないので、メモリが足りないということもないです。

OS名:Windows2000 パソコン名:Let's note ソフト名: はじめまして。パナソニック社の「Let' Note」を購入して約一年が経とうと しています。 無線LAN内蔵で、家でも低シグナルではあるのですが電波が入っていて ネットに(正確にはネスケを使って)繋げることができていました。 しかし、最近突然接続できないようになりました。接続系をいじった 記憶はないのですが…。ヤフーのHPを開こうとしても「サーバーが見つかり ません」と出ます。URLは正確です。 どうすればまた接続できるのか全くわかりません。トラブルシューティングなどを見ても知らない専門用語が多くてチンプンカンプンです。 どなたか解決策お分かりになりますでしょうか??

マザーボードはギガバイトのGA-8PE667なんですが 起動したときにdeleteを押してBIOS設定画面をだすと思うんですが そのときにパスワードを設定してパスワードをいれないと 開かないようにしたんですがそのパスワードを忘れてしまいました。 復活させる方法ってないのでしょうか?? 教えてください。
