OS名:MAC パソコン名:PowerMacintosh 8600/250 ソフト名:EPSON PM750C 本サイトの「過去の報告」の中に、EPSON 社製プリンターPM700Cを お持ちの方から現在自分のかかえているトラブルと全く同じ内容の投稿が あったのを拝見し、メールさせていただきました。 「今まで使用していたプリンタが使用できなくなった。」 という、平成9年12月18日に登録された投稿で、『印刷命令を行うと、 プリンタが接続されていないと言われる。 原因はプリンタポートが既に 他のデバイスによって占有されているから?、、、』という内容でした。 先の方のケースがそちらのやり取りの上では未解決のままでしたので、 その後その方がどのようにトラブルを回避なさったのかを知りたく思い 投稿させて頂いた次第です。 メーカーへも直接問い合わせてみたのですが、芳しい解答は得られず、 未だプリンターが使えないままです。なにとぞ知恵をお貸しください。 (なお当方、先の投稿の方とは違い、MAC ユーザーです。さらに今回 投稿させていただいたトラブルは、同EPSON社製の、おそらくPM700Cの 後継機種にあたる、PM750C使用中におこった物です。) 御回答よろしくお願い致します。

OS名:Windows2000 パソコン名:Dell ソフト名: 以前ご相談させて頂いた者です。 重複しますが、ご容赦ください。 購入して1年位経つDellノートのハードディスクに不具合が生じた為、メーカー サポートに電話したところ「そういった音が出た場合、OSが立ち上がらなくなる のは時間の問題なので必要なデータバックアップはお早めに」と言う返答だった ので半年程利用していた、1394外付けのHD(メルコDiF-GT60G)に入るだけ入れ バックアップを取りました。 その矢先に予言通り、PCが全く立ち上がらなくなり、サポート期間内だったのと 壊れた40GBとIBMのノート用HD60GBとを無償で交換できるとの事でしたので 送って貰い、再構築をはじめました。 ところが、Win2000で自動的に立ち上がる筈の1394機器及びUSB接続( デジカメデータ吸い上げ等)がセットアップ中にブルーバック後再起動になった りして全く安定しなかったので再々度OSを再インストールしました。 以前のような不具合は無くなったものの、今度は1394接続のHDが誤認識され、 ヘルプ参照にあったやり方でデバイスマネージャ内のその項目を削除して 再起動したりしたのですが、メルコ製なのに違った名称で認識されていて、 データ�

OS名:Windows95 パソコン名:PC-9821 V200 ソフト名:EPSON PM700C ワードなどで作った文章などを印刷しようとするのですが印刷ができません。 右下の方にちっちゃなプリンタの絵の書かれたウインドウが開いて印刷を始め ようとするのでが、「用紙がありません」となって印刷ができません。 もちろん、用紙はセットしてますし、紙詰まり等は起こしていません。 (この前まで、他のPCに接続して使ってたので壊れては無いはず) どうしたら良いんでしょうか? ちなみにプリンタのプロパティの中からEPSONプリンタウインドウというのを 開いてみようとすると、「プリンタから情報を取得できませんでした。接続状況を 確認してください。」、「現在、出力ポートが他のアプリケーションによって使用 されているため、ステータスを表示できません。」などのメッセージが出ます。 コントロールパネルの中のシステムを開いてデバイスマネージャというところを見 たりするのですが良く解りません。あそこにプリンタ名は表示されないんですか? (他のハードは名前で表示されてるんだけど。。。) 何か解る方いらっしゃいましたら、教えてくださいませ。 よろしくお願いします。

昨日プリンタを買い換えたのですが(CanonPIXUS895PDです) WEBページの印刷が出来ません。 印刷しようとするとスクリプトエラーというのがでます。 プリンタは以前はEPSONのを使っていたのですが 数週間前に壊れてしまったので、それ以後昨日買い換えるまで プリンタは使用していませんでした。 IEのバージョンは前は5.5だったのですが EPSONのが壊れてプリンタ使用しない間に6(SP1)にアップグレードしてしまいました。 それがいけなかったのでしょうか? お気に入りフォルダ内のファイルについているIEのマークの色も ブルー(5.5?)と水色(6?)とが混在していて もしかしたらアップグレードが正常にできなかったのかも知れないと思っているのですが・・・ 過去ログも参照したのですが、よく解りませんでした。 どうぞよろしくお願いします。

OS名:Windows98 パソコン名: ソフト名: 以前EPSONのパラレルスキャナーを使いたいって掲載有りましたが 専用IFでなくてもプリンタポートのモード BiDirect、ECP、EPP のどれかでは使えるそうです。 試した方はここでお聞かせ下さい。
