OS名:WindowsMe パソコン名:FMV DESKPOWER ソフト名: 先日、うちのパソコンを起動させると、なぜだか、エクスプローラやブラウザ の右上の「最大化」、「最小化」、「閉じるための×ボタン」などの表示がそれぞ れ、0や1や2などの数字になっていました。 いろいろ調べたところ、ほかにもいろいろおかしいところがたくさんあり ました。 それは、通常は、↑、↓などの表記になっているところで、それが、いろんな数 字に変わっているのです。後は、チェックボックスが塗りつぶされて文字化けした ようになっていたりしています。別に変なソフトをインストールした覚えはないの ですが。 やはり、ウィルスかなんかでしょうか?非常に困っているので、この現象がおわ かりになるかたは、どうか、直し方を教えてもらえるとうれしいです。 (ちなみに、WinMeに搭載されている、PCHelthを使って直そうと 試みましたが、直りませんでした。)

OS名:Windows98 パソコン名:FMV DESKPOWER SVI267 ソフト名:エクセル・ワード 日系ネットナビの付録CD-ROMからIE5.0をインストールしました. 何の支障もなく使えていたのに、今月に入り突然、HPの背景が真っ白で 表示されるようになり、書き込みするページの自分が入力する文字、その行も 文字の大きさが中なんです…自分では最小に設定してて、書き込みする以外の 文字は全て最小で表示されてます. 最初は富士通のサポートセンターへ電話したところ、IE5.0は対象外という ことでしたので、マイクロソフト社のサポートセンターに再三電話をした んです…その際に原因は不明ということで画面プロパティのデザインの ところで【指定する部分】を【アイコン】にし、その下のフォントを適当な ものにして、その後通常に戻すようにしてくださいと言われました. (その際にはその作業で背景もちゃんとある、文字の大きさもちゃんと 最小のHPを表示しました) その後電源を落とし、再度HPを見ましたが症状が戻ってしまいました. …結局3日連続でサポートセンターへ電話しましたが、対応は冷たく 感じが悪い.挙句には富士通のほうへ電話して聞いてくれって 言われるんです.結局アンインストールして再度

OS名:Windows98 パソコン名:akia ソフト名: WIN98の画面表示がおかしくなりました。 ウィンドウを開くと、右上に「閉じる」、「最小化/最大化切替」「タスクにバー 」のボタンがありますが、これが数字の1とか2とかになっています。 他にも、スクロールバーの上下させる為の矢印(▼や▲)が数字の5と6になっ ていたり。前日まではまったく何の問題もなく、朝立ち上げたらいきなりこうな っていました。 別にネットワークにつないでいるわけでもないし、インターネットもしないので ウィルスとかは考えにくいのですが……。 再起動しても、SCANDISKしても、ノートン先生におでまし願ってもだめでした。 どなたか助けてください。m(__)m
