OS名:Windows98 パソコン名:PC9821V166 ソフト名:一太郎8作業中 一太郎8で、3段組のドキュメントを作成し、印刷をしてました。 6頁目まで正常印刷され、7頁目の途中で終了してしまいました。 もう一度、7頁目から再印刷したところ、全面文字化けが発生しました。 その後、どのソフトのドキュメントを印刷しても訳の分からない文字が紙面全面に 印刷される状態です。 キャノンに問い合わせて、プリンタドライバを再インストールしましたが、解決し ません。キャノンの方も、プリンターの問題ではなくシステムの問題ではないかと の事で、NECに問い合わせて欲しいとの事でした。 まだNECには問い合わせてません。 この様な経験ありますか?ご存じでしたら、是非教えて下さい。 プリンター機種 Canon BJC-420J です。宜しくお願いします。

33. スキャナをUSBで接続すると電源がおちる (スコア: 35)

スキャナ(Canon FB636U)なんですが 今まで問題なく使えていたのですが ドライバの場所を変えたところ USBに接続するといきなり電源が落ちてしまって困っています ドライバが悪いのかと思いアンインストールしてから 再度インストールするとその最中にまた電源が落ちてしまいます (ちなみにSCSIはAdaptec AHA-2930CU に変えています) 他のPCでは使えて、またマウスやキーボードはUSB接続で問題ありません メーカーに問い合わせたところ 他のPCで使えるのでスキャナ本体に問題は無いとの回答でした 最近入れたソフトは「Ad-aware 6」です よろしくお願いします。

OS名:WindowsMe パソコン名:FMV DESKPOWER ME5/555E ソフト名:Word2000 みなさん、こんにちは。 早速なんですが・・・ プリンタの問題なのか、ソフトウェアの問題なのかが わからないで申し訳ないのですが・・・・。 ==============================現象============================== Wordを使用して、袋とじ印刷を行っているのですが、 右側に出てくるページだけ、罫線の中の網掛けが出来ないで 文字の網掛けになってしまいます。 ちなみに、プリンタは EPSON LP-8100 EPSON PM-2200C EPSON LP-8000 canon LBP-840 のいずれで印刷しても上記のような現象が起きます。 どのように対処すればよいのでしょうか? みなさんのお知恵を拝借したいと思います。 よろしくお願いいたします。

OS名:Windows95 パソコン名:Logitec LCM ソフト名:ファイルメーカーPro 4.0 いつもお世話になります。 Win95のアクセサリ 外字エディタで外字を作成し、ファイルメーカーの1データの 中に入力しました。名簿をつくっています。 宛名ラベルが必要になったので、いざ印刷と思い、プレビューで確認したところ 作った外字が「・」のような表示になっており、外字が表示されません。 ファイルメーカーの画面ではきちんと外字が表示されています。 プリンターはcanon LaserShotA404Fです。 プリンターに何か情報を与えないと外字は印刷されないのでしょうか? どなたかご存知の方よろしくお願いいたします。

OS名:Windows95 パソコン名:IBM TinkPad 530CS ソフト名:CANON BJプリンタドライバー はじめまして、よろしくお願いします。 昨日、はがき作成ソフトを使用中、キャノンのBJC420Jのドライバーの バージョンアップの必要があり、キャノンのサイトからダウンロードを試みました。 1.FTPとHTTPのうちHTTPの方でダウンロード(LHA自己解凍型) 2.1時間位して50%ほど完了したなと、目を離した。 3.画面がキャノンのHPにもどっていた。(メッセージはありませんでした) 4.Cドライブに電子レンジのアイコンがあったので、Wクリックした。 5.自動解凍が始まって、少しして、「できませんでした」のメッセージが.. 1に関して 「ツール」の「オプション」-「詳細設定」で、HTTPにチェックがあったの でHTTPを選びました。 もう一度、ダウンロードしたいのですが、電子レンジのアイコンと自動的に作られ たフォルダが残っています。アンインストールとアイコン、フォルダの削除の必要 がありますでしょうか?

38. PCの電源が切れません (スコア: 34)

はじめまして失礼します。 自分はバイオを使っているのですが、IEを長時間使ったり ホームページビルダーを使った後には必ずと言っていいほど フリーズしてしまったり、ビジー状態となってしまったり 「システムリソースがどうの〜」となってしまったり します。一番多いのがエラーメッセージ等が出ない場合でも 電源が切れず、黒い画面の左上に「_」と出たままになってしまう 事です。 余りに主電源から切る回数が多い為か、ウインドウの「最大化」 「最小化」等が「0」や「1」とバクッていたり。 wordなどのフォントが3種類になってしまったりしたため 昨日はじめてリカバリしたのですが、その後も電源が切れない 現象が起こりました。 周辺機器はEPSONのプリンタとcanonのスキャナ位です。 どうかアドバイスをお願いします。

39. Meの動作が鈍くなってる? (スコア: 34)

新しい機材をつなげるとき、ハードウェア情報の更新がすごくのろい。30分ほどか かる。 今日、CanonのCanoScan N1220U のドライバをアップデートしようとしたら チェックが終了はしたけれど、ドライバの選択ができた後、ずっとフリーズのよう な状態に。(待てばよいのでしょうか?) CPUをPentium III 1GHz メモリも512Mbにしてあるのですが、これがかえってよく ないのかもしれません。こういう場合、クリーンインストールしたほうがよいので しょうか。 とりあえずは、Meのシステムの回復を使って元に戻しましたが、ドライバのアップ デートがこれからできないのではないかと心配です。 Meには、Windows98にあったような、システムファイルが壊れているかどうかを 調べる手段はないのでしょうか。 Norton Systemworks 2001 で Win Doctorかけても、壊れたファイルまでは 検出してくれないようで。 こういう不満がある場合、Xpに換えたほうがよいのでしょうか。

OS名:Windows98 パソコン名:Sotec ソフト名:Outlook Express 初歩的なことですみません。 メールソフトにOutlook Expressを使っています。 いままでメッセージをプリントアウトすることなんて なかったので気にもしていなかったんですが 先日インターネット詐欺にあって,警察に出頭する際に その時のメールのやりとりを証拠として持参することになったのです。 それでいざ印刷をしようとすると 本文の両端が約1文字分切れてしまっていて きちんと本文がプリントされません。 ちなみにプリンタはCANONレーザーショットで用紙はA4です。 あまりいろいろと「設定」ということをしたことがないので どのようにして良いかわかりません。 きっとかなり「恥ずかしいレベル」の質問なんでしょうが 少々急を要しておりまして,親切な方どうかよろしくお願いいたします。
