OS名:Windows98 パソコン名:IBM APTIVA16J ソフト名: こんにちは。 こちらは、IBM Aptiva 16J、Windows98を使っています。 このパソコンで初めて「MS-DOSモードで再起動」を使ってみたのですが、 作業が終わり、Windowsに戻ろうと思って、再起動したのですが、戻れず・・・。 DOS窓の要領で exit と打ち込んだのですが、またDOSモードに・・・ 同様に、win や autoexec と打ち込んでみたのですが、いずれも windowsには戻らずにDOSモードのまま・・・。 そこで皆様に質問です。このような状況の場合、どうすれば通常の Windowsに戻ることができるのでしょうか?どうかご回答よろしくお願いします。

376. バックアップしたメールの復元 (スコア: 5)

OS名:Windows98 パソコン名: ソフト名:I.E.6 バックアップツールでメールの保存フォルダにあるdbx.ファイルをフロッピーディ スクに保存したのですが、それをまたバックアップツールで復元させたあと、 OutlookExpress6を立ち上げても、そのメールは表れません。エクスプローラーで みてみると、もとあったところに、dbx.ファイルは復元されていました。 試しにメールのインポートをしてみましたが、「指定されたメッセージストアが開 けませんでした。OutlookExpressが使用している可能性があります。」というメッ セージのあと、「このフォルダにはメッセージが見つかりません。または、ほかの アプリケーションが、必要なファイルを開いています。ほかのフォルダを選択する か、ファイルを開いているアプリケーションを閉じてください。」と出ます。 復元する先のフォルダに、OutlookExpressで使っている保存フォルダを指定しては いけないのでしょうか?

OS名:WindowsXp パソコン名:三菱 ソフト名: こんにちわ、パソコン初心者です。 今回みなさんに教えてほしい事は、outlookの送受信が できなくなってしまって、それの直し方なんです。 状況は、接続して送受信を開始した途端に「パスワードとユーザー名」 を入力してくださいという文字が永遠と続いてしまって先に進まない のです。いつか直ると思ってて、3日過ぎても直らないので怖くなりました。 原因が分かる方、初心者なのでよろしかったら、分かりやすく教えて ください。よろしくお願いします。

アウトルックが立ち上がらなくなって どうこうして立ち上がるようになったのですが (追加と削除で) なぜかすごい古いバージョンなんですが これをアップグレードするにはどうしたらいいのでしょうか? 全然素人でわからなくてすいません・・・
