お客様番号:111 OS名:Windows98 パソコン名:SOTEC ソフト名:ADSL Win98を入れなおしたら、設定されていたインターネット接続ツールもプリンターもスキャナーも反応せず、手持ちのそれぞれの設定ROMでプログラムを作り直して設定はできたのですが、インターネットの接続が異様に遅くなりました。 再インストール前は接続に5秒くらいだったのが今では1〜3分くらいになり、ビジーのままでずっと止まってしまうこともあります。OSをいれなおしたら何か設定をやり直さなければいけないところでもあるのでしょうか? そもそもOSを入れなおして理由は、突然色が16ビットになり、アクティブディスクトップの設定でも32ビット設定の項目はなく、みたこともない境地に達してしまったために、業者の方に頼んで解決してもらい、OSを入れなおして下さったらしく渡された時から接続が遅くなりました。以前使っていた設定プログラムはそのままなのですが、プリンターなどが認識されていなかったところを見ると何かプログラムをまた再インストールをして設定し直さなければいけないところがあるのでしょうか?どなたかおわかりになられるかたはおられませんか? よろしくおねがいします。
