この前質問させていただきましたが、MB交換の場合、HDDはフォーマット後 再インストールした方が安全だという結論になりました。 その場合、バックアップの方法ですが (1)メディアは増設HDDとCD-R(W)、どちらがいいでしょうか? (2)方法ですが、データは当然としても、アプリケーションインストール のたびにWindowsシステムの設定(DLLなど)が変わっていると思うので、そ れらも含めたバックアップというのは難しいでしょうか? それとも、データのみをとりあえずバックアップ、アプリはそれぞれ再イン ストール、WWWブラウザの設定などはやりなおしということになるんでし ょうか。 なにしろハードディスクの中はいろいろなモノが増えてしまって、どれが最 初からあったのやら後から追加したものやらわからなくなっています。 Cドライブそのものをまるごとコピーしたらどうなりますかね。 いい方法はないものでしょうか。 例えば**フォルダをコピーすればいいとか・・。 よろしくお願いします。

最近IEの強制終了が頻発して困っています。 CPUは500mhzでメモリが256。ハードディスクの空きも十分です。 OSはWINDOWS98からMeにアップグレード。 IEは5.5SP2から6へ、このあと強制終了が出始めたので 5.5SP2に戻したのですが症状が改善しません。 MeでIE5.5SP2(最初)の時は問題ありませんでした。 エラーメッセージは 最初は「...問題が発生しました、ご迷惑を... 終了します」でそれでも閲覧していると。 「Iexploreが原因でURLMON.DLLに問題が発生しました...」 と出ます。 まともにネットが閲覧できなくて困っています 宜しくお願いします。

OS名:Windows98 パソコン名:NEC LaVieNX ソフト名:Office97 Windows98のマシンで、Office97がプレインストールされているモデルを買って使用しています。Office97の内容は、Word98、Excel97、Outlook98、Draw98でCドライブ(2MB)にインストールされています。Cドライブの空き容量が少なくなっていることと、OfficeXP Professionalへのアップグレードを考えていることから、Office97をアンインストールして、Dドライブ(6.4MB)へインストールし直しました。各ソフトを起動しようとしてもできません。例えば、Excel97を起動しようとすると「MSO97.DLLが見つかりません」というメッセージが出ます。どのように対応したらよいのでしょうか。
