OS名:Windows95 パソコン名:NEC VALUE STAR NX VS20C ソフト名:Internet Explorer5.0 インターネットの接続を切るとパソコンが止まってしまいます。 しかたがないので ctrl+alt+Dlete のキーでアプリケーション の強制終了をしようとするんですがそうするとディスプレイ全体が 青い画面にかわって ・なにかキーを押すと戻ります ・もう一回 ctrl+alt+Dlete を押すと再起動 します。 と文字が出てきます。再起動しようとしてctrl+alt+Dleteをおしても もう片方をやっても止まったままです。仕方がないので電源ボタンを押 して電源を切っています。次にコンピューターを起動するといつもの画 面に移る前にスキャンディスクをされます。エラーは見つかりませんが、 電源を切るのは良くなさそうなのでいつエラーが出るか心配です。 切断の方法はIEを終了するかタスクバーにあるコンピューターが二つ繋が ったアイコンをクリックして切る方法を取っています。 どうしたら良いのでしょうか?
