OS名:Windows98 パソコン名:Aptiva 2161T71 ソフト名: 皆様 明けましておめでとうございます。 パソコン2台持ってます。 IBM APTIVA 2161-T71 純正 32M と COMPAQ Presario 5020 純正 64M+64M(IODATA SD4100-A64MP です。 DIMメモリですが、お年玉で、PC133CL不明 128Mメモリ買ったのです。 そこで コンパックへ増設 何事も無く 64+128 正常動作 あまった1枚を Aptiva に挿したところ、 増設分が 16M しか認識してくれません。 純正 32M + 増設 16M 計 48M にしかなりません。 メモリー4枚組み合わせは、いろいろ変え、スロットをいろいろ変えても 結果は同じです。 IBMに電話で問い合わせたところ、接触不良またはメモリー側の問題との事です。 しかし、コンパック機では正常にどの組み合わせでも認識します。 何とか、APTIVAで 32+64 96M にならないものかと思います。 何か手はあるのでしょうか? APTIVA BIOSは 最新です。 また、96Mは 無理としても、 32+64 なのに、 32+16 しか認識しない状態で使っていてかまわないものなので しょうか?

OS名:Windows98 パソコン名:compaq prosignia ソフト名:Windowsソフト全体 ウインドウを閉じる時の、右上にある「最小化」「元のサイズに戻す」「×」のマーク(Windows系の全てのアプリケーション)、IEの「←戻るの横にあるプルダウンメニューのマーク」、Bookshelfの一部の記号(「名詞」のマーク等)、各ソフトのラジオボタン等のマークが化けてしまって、正しく表示されなくなりました。 以前にも同じ症状が出ました。その時はウィルスに感染していたため、それが化けた原因だと考え、そのウィルスを駆除し、OSをはじめ、全てのアプリケーションを再インストールしました。 しかし、今回はウィルスに感染している様子はなく(マイクロトレンド社ウィルスバスターで確認)再インストールして3ヶ月程度で同じ症状が出ました。 以上のような症状です。(ただ、再インストールしてもまた同じ症状になるかもしれないので)どのように対処したら良いか、どなたか教えてください。
